On Friday 24 May, the first Italian date of the 2024 SunConnect Tour took place in Verona: here's how it went!
Energy3000's roadshow reached Italy once again this year. Customers and business partners gathered to discuss the latest topics, find out what's new and exchange ideas with other industry experts.
The day began with an introduction by Gabriele Rosso, Sales Director of Energy3000 Italy, who reminded the audience of the Austrian group's products, services and integrated support. A warm official welcome was reserved for the three new members of the Energy3000 sales team:
- Alessandra Menegon - Area Sales Manager Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia
- Arianna Lanaro - Area Sales Manager Lombardia and Piemonte
- Matteo Taglioli - Area Sales Manager Emilia-Romagna and Toscana
Then it was the turn of Luca Riboli, Sales Account Energy Transition of Manni Energy, with a presentation concerning the Italian Transition Plan 5.0 and its regulatory and technical aspects. Many questions were submitted by the audience regarding examples of real application cases.
The partner Huawei - present in the commercial and technical figures of Marco Parrinello, Federico Montagna and Stefano Ciurlino - presented the latest innovations with technical insights:

- Inverter 150K-MG0 and compatibility with dual optimisers
- Industrial storage BESS 97-200 kWh
- Software Huawei Smart Design 2.0
A short coffee break and Giulia Bartolomeo, Sales Manager Distribution Italy of Trina Solar, took the stage. Giulia gave an overview of Trina as a brand and global presence, focusing on the Chinese manufacturer's environmental commitment: Trina has been certified as the first Zero Carbon photovoltaic industry. There was also a focus on the leading photovoltaic modules of the moment:

Thanks to Pascal Bombe and Matteo Amadio, respectively Head of Domestic Sales D/A/CH/IT and Business Development Manager of Aerocompact, the guests were able to learn more about the mounting solutions for photovoltaic systems offered by the Austrian producer Aerocompact. No matter what the installation requirement of a photovoltaic system is, Aerocompact has a solution, and they certainly created great interest:

- The rails for trapezoidal sheet metal: TLE38 and TSE15
- The flat roof system Compactflat S
We then had an aperitif and lunch in the beautiful courtyard of Villa Cariola in Caprino Veronese, the location of the event. We were also lucky enough to have good weather on our side!
